Individuals Sessions Fees

Session Fee: $270.00

Out of Pocket Fee: $168.45

Medicare Rebate: $101.55

Report Writing

Specific report writing may be available upon request. Fees are calculated by multiplying the session fee by hours of completion. Fees must be paid in full before report writing begins.

Session fees are below the Australian Psychology Society’s 2025-2026 National Schedule of Suggested Fees of $318 for a standard 45 to 60 minute consultation.

Standard sessions are 60 minutes, which allows for 50 minutes of session time and 10 minutes for the completion of clinical documentation and letters to your referrer.

Longer sessions may be available - particularly if you are in the Processing phase of EMDR. However, this will need to be discussed with Jen prior to booking sessions, and may impact how your Medicare rebate can be used for said sessions.

Important: As a small, boutique practice, MindsInMotion Brisbane is unable to bulk bill clients or accept third party payments (e.g., NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, other insurances) at this time.
